USQ - Union Square USQ is the revitalization of 20 acres in Union Square, Somerville. Supported by the new MBTA station

US2 is a development team built specific for the Union Square Redevelopment Project. At US2, we see ourselves as not just master planners and real estate developers, but as strategic community builders and place makers. We are a diverse group of industry experts who share a common passion and that is our commitment to carrying out the goals set forth by the Union Square community for future of this special neighborhood. Join Remnant Brewing for their Robot Carnival tomorrow, October 15, from 6–9pm!

Their monthly Community Pint Night fundraiser is back, this time benefiting Somerville Youth Robotics. Expect LEGO robotics, games and competitions, robot-made s’mores, prizes, and more.

$1 from every pint sold will be donated to support robotics and engineering education for Somerville youth.

USQ is excited to welcome Predicta Biosciences as our first lab tenant at 10 Prospect!

The company will move into its new space in October, marking a significant expansion of its team and operations.

Founded by oncologists and scientists from Cancer Institute and the , Predicta is developing an integrated molecular diagnostics platform for hematological malignancies.

Its technology sequences whole, intact circulating tumor cells from a single blood draw, generating genomic and immune insights that can help guide therapy selection and track disease evolution over time.

We built 10 Prospect for companies like Predicta: founded here in the Boston region, growing quickly, and ready for a lab of their own.

At 10 Prospect, they’ll have specialized lab infrastructure, a Green Line station at their front door, and a Union Square neighborhood filled with researchers, founders, builders, and dozens of independent restaurants and shops.

Welcoming Predicta is an important milestone for USQ and we expect it to be the first of many.
