I really love this sink for a small bathroom. Built in soap tray and a small flat area too. So great!

NEVER SKIP THE INSPECTION!!
If you have done so in order to “get the house”, it is still strongly recommended to have an inspection upon closing. Most items found during an inspection can be repaired or replaced, but some, if not repaired, can kill you. While this is a rare occurrence and finding, deep into a hot attic, this disconnected PVC flue vent piping on the high efficiency furnace is a significant safety hazard and could cause carbon monoxide to be exhausted into the attic and house.

Things that you don’t want to see during an inspection…a family of raccoons.

Does this bother you as much it it bothers me?

There must be a better location for the thermostat than directly above the supply air vent.
