We have a winner!!!🎉

Congratulations Shane Harmon on winning the 100$ gift card this past week!!

Thank you all for being patient on the winning video. It has been crazy on my end and my schedule is finally calming down since we have hit off season for softball. The work Monday-Friday, lessons and practices till late at night each evening, and tournaments on the weekends has had me all over the place but it’s all settling down for awhile now!!

See you all for a super exciting video coming soon!!!🤗

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!! 🤗

This Friday you all have a chance to win a 100$ visa gift card once again!!

Needless to say, this Friday has been not a fun Friday so we’re going to say it’s time for an UNFORTUNATE Friday Fun Fact!!

The Unfortunate Friday Fun Fact:
Based on all the employees you know with the company, which Higgins Construction Employee is responsible for this skid steer damage today??

Have a great weekend and we will be seeing you all soon!!! 🎉

Just some birthday shenanigans for Smiley Wayne Eldridge at the end of a muddy day at work with a few of the crew members. Unfortunately most of the guys were already gone by the time the cake got here but they have leftovers in the fridge for tomorrow!!

Shout out to Emily and Charlie for the cake and smileys birthday beer🎉🎂

Help us wish ol Smiley boy a Happy 70th Birthday!!! 🎉🎂🥳

Happy LATE Friday everyone!!🤗

As you all know, severe weather is approaching this weekend which has put us at a late post for today. We’ve spend a lot of the evening batting down the hatches and prepping our job sites for the hard weather to come and to assure all of our erosion to come is under control! 🦺⛈️

As some of you may not know, Higgins Construction assists EPB which means we stand with them through all harsh weather conditions and repairs! Emergency repairs and the late night phone calls, we are out with them assuring they have full access to power lines in any condition so EPB can get your power restored!⚡️

As this weather hits this weekend, we want to assure everyone’s safety! Please make sure you are taking all precautions and please avoid all flooding areas!! ⛈️☔️

EPB Outage Tracking & Preparation⚡️:

•Download the MyEPB App: Ensure you have the MyEPB App downloaded on your phone to track real-time outages and receive restoration updates.

• Know how to report an outage: If you lose power, you can quickly text OUTAGE to 423-648-1372, use the app, or call EPB directly at the same number.

•Gather backup lighting: Keep your "Storm Kit" nearby with working flashlights and fresh batteries.Avoid using candles indoors due to the risk of fire.

Stay safe out there everyone!!

Happy Friday!! ☀️

We’re doing something a little different this Friday to change things up a little bit.

If you could ask Higgins Construction or any of our employees one question, what would it be?

We will be doing a Q&A video here soon to answer some of y’all’s questions!! They can be serious or funny questions!!! Let’s hear em!!🧐

Happy SUNDAY everyone!!!☀️

It’s time to find out who the winner is of our gift card this week!!

At the age of 14 years old, Barry Higgins started working construction for other companies. These companies would pick him up from school and take him to wherever a piece of equipment was or he’d ride his bike after school to and from a job site.

In 1992, Barry officially started Higgins construction!! Since then, the company has transformed into something younger Barry would have never imagined!! From little side jobs to now whole 200+ lot subdivisions and so much more!!

The winner of this weeks card is Lance Johnson!! 🥳 congratulations lance!! We will be in contact with you to get your gift card this week!!

The answer and winner will be posted on Sunday!! Leave your guess in the comment section and we will see you all on Sunday!!

Have a fabulous weekend!! 🥳

One of our favorite things about this kind of business is watching projects go from blueprints to real life after a couple months of hard work from our team!💪🏽

The Willow Creek project is so close to being completed and we can’t wait to share the final product with everyone!! 🏁🏆

09/18/2026

Hey everybody! We hope you all have had a great week this week!! ☀️

Wanted to give you an update and let you know there will NOT be a fun fact this Friday! Emily had a little operation today and will be down for a few days. We will pick back up next Friday though!

We do want to ask from you all what kind of posts you would like to continue to see. What grabs your attention and is content you would love to see more of from Higgins Construction??

Give us some ideas in the comment section and we will see you all next Friday!! 🤗✨
