That’s a wrap on Socktober! 🧦

A big THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by Action Homes Realty to donate socks throughout October!

We were happy to serve as a drop-off location for and help support The Shepherd’s Foster Closet’s goal of collecting 2,000 pairs of socks for children in foster care.

We appreciate everyone who contributed and helped us support such a wonderful cause. It’s always encouraging to see our community come together to help others!

Thank you for being part of it!

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT!

We welcome Michelle O’Leary to the Action Homes Realty family and we couldn’t be more excited!

A little backstory… We met Michelle at a local community event, struck up a conversation, and shared a little about who we are at Action Homes. One conversation led to another and now we get to call her part of our team!

We’re so excited to have Michelle on board and look forward to supporting her, cheering her on, and watching her continue to grow and succeed in her real estate career!

And speaking of growing our team…

If you're a real estate agent in Smyrna, Murfreesboro, or the surrounding Rutherford County area who's considering a brokerage change or simply curious about what Action Homes Realty has to offer, we'd love to connect!

We’re not your typical brokerage. We believe in giving our agents the independence to build their business their way, while providing the support, resources, and experience they need along the way. Our agents aren’t just another number to us, and their success truly matters.

Sometimes all it takes is one conversation. We’d love to have one with you!

Welcome to Action Homes, Michelle! We’re so glad you’re here! 🧡

SMYRNA… THE SECRET IS OUT!

Introducing the Smyrna Small Business Treat Trail! 🍭

Halloween falls on a SATURDAY this year, so let’s make a whole day of it! Before the evening trick-or-treating begins, grab the family and spend the afternoon getting out into our community and getting acquainted with some of the small businesses right here in Smyrna.

📅 Saturday, October 31
⏰ 12–5 PM
📍 14 Smyrna small businesses

There’s NO starting point and NO set route.
You pick the stops that work for your family, and make the trail your own!

Stop in. Say hello. Grab a treat. Meet the people behind the business. Maybe discover a place you’ve never stepped inside before.

Because supporting local can start simply by knowing what’s local.

I am incredibly grateful to these 23 businesses for opening their doors, saying YES to this little idea and helping create a fun way for Smyrna families and small businesses to connect.

So take advantage of a Saturday Halloween, Smyrna! Get out into the community, explore a few new places, collect some treats, and then head home for your Halloween night festivities.

SAVE the flyer. SHARE it with another Smyrna family. And I’ll see you on the trail!

🧡👏🏼🤩

A little extra reason to celebrate at our Action Homes quarterly sales meeting! 🧡🏡

I was so honored to be recognized for having the top sale of the quarter, especially knowing it was also my very first sale as an agent! 🥹 What a special milestone, and one I’m so grateful to have reached with so much support along the way.

A huge thank you to Michael Lee, Owner & Principal Broker, Miranda, and my mom, Kim, for all the guidance, encouragement, and help you’ve given me. I couldn’t have done it without you, and I’m so thankful to be surrounded by people who genuinely want to see me succeed! 🤎

Feeling incredibly grateful for this journey and excited for what’s ahead! 🏡✨
