2️⃣ Subscription Documents — Know what you’re agreeing to before investing.
3️⃣ Investment Terms — Review maturity, income structure and other key terms.
4️⃣ Risk Disclosures — Understand liquidity, loss potential and material risks.
5️⃣ Supporting Materials — Review the current information available to evaluate the opportunity.
