🎂 Happy Birthday to All Our October Birthday Residents!
Everyone at Nautical Point wishes all of our October birthday residents a very Happy Birthday! 🎉 We hope your special day is filled with happiness, fun, and plenty of reasons to celebrate!

🔧 Meet Our Maintenance Supervisor – Andrew
Our Maintenance Supervisor, Andrew, continues to work hard to keep our community and homes running smoothly. If you have a maintenance concern, please remember to submit your work order through the proper resident portal so our maintenance team can address it as quickly as possible.

🏡 October Home Maintenance & Safety Tips
As we move into the cooler months, here are a few simple reminders to help keep your home healthy, comfortable, and safe:

• ❄️ Change your A/C filter regularly to help maintain good airflow and keep your system running efficiently. Also keep all vents cleaned.
• 🌬️ Keep air vents and returns clear of furniture, boxes, curtains, and other items.
• 💧 Report leaks or dripping water around sinks, toilets, appliances, or A/C equipment promptly.
• 🔥 Never block or remove smoke detectors. Report any issues with your smoke detectors immediately.
• 🗑️ Please use your garbage disposal properly. Do not put hard foods, eggshells, grease, oil, or other items that can damage or clog the disposal down the drain. When in doubt, please throw it in the trash instead.
• 🧹 Keep your home and outdoor areas clean and free of excessive clutter to help maintain a healthy and safe environment.
• 🐜 Report pest concerns promptly so they can be addressed appropriately.
