The exact track and strength are still uncertain — but parts of Southeast Louisiana and South Mississippi are within the area being watched. Impacts could include heavy rain, flooding and gusty winds Friday through the weekend. (NOAA National Hurricane Center⁠)

Real estate is so much more than selling houses. 🏡

I had a client call me recently because he needed help getting renters insurance.

One phone call turned into me getting him connected with the right person for renters insurance… and while we were at it, they reviewed his auto insurance and ended up saving him $100 A MONTH on his car insurance. 🤯

Did I sell him a house? Nope.

But did I help my client save money, solve a problem, and make life a little easier? Absolutely.

That’s the part of real estate I love the most.
