There are so many memories I could talk about here, the meals shared, the laughs, hosting friends and family, the hours spent in the woods, making music videos in my bedroom with my best friend, picking potato bugs off the vegetables, fantasizing about owning a horse in the barn, sledding down the hills in the backyard.
With mixed emotions I get to share that 1195 Weld Road is officially under contract. We had numerous showings and multiple offers, my childhood home is ready for the next family. I had the privilege of showing the property to a few families and it has to be my favorite showings I’ve ever given. Walking potential buyers through my favorite spots, letting them pick apples off the trees and sharing stories about how special this place truly is.
I am excited for my parents to enter a new chapter but it’s certainly bittersweet to close this one.
