🚧 RESIDENT NOTICE: PARKING LOT STRIPING SCHEDULE 🚧
We are pleased to announce that our apartment community parking lot will be receiving a fresh coat of stripe paint! To ensure the work is completed safely and efficiently, all residents must relocate their vehicles according to the schedule below.
📅 Tuesday, October 20, 2026
The parking lot to the left of the leasing office will be painted.
All vehicles must be moved to the right side of the property by 8:00 AM and remain there until 6:00 PM.
📅 Wednesday, October 21, 2026
The parking lot to the right of the leasing office will be painted.
All vehicles must be moved to the left side of the property by 8:00 AM and remain there until 6:00 PM
⚠️ Important Parking Reminders:
• Vehicles must be relocated according to the schedule above. Vehicles that are not moved may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
• Please be mindful of our paid reserved parking spaces. Do not park in a reserved space assigned to another resident, as those spaces are paid for and must remain available to their designated occupants.
• Please follow all posted instructions and cooperate with management and the painting crew throughout this process.
