Maybe this is an unpopular opinion, but a well-maintained, dated home will sell faster than a neglected, remodeled one. 🫣

The remodeled one might look better in pictures, or get more showings initially, but if it's not taken care of? Sorry, I don't see a ton (or quick) offers in your future.

I'm team dated and well maintained all the way. 👏🏻

Perspective is everything 👀

Making an investment is so often talked about in financial terms. But what about the other ways we invest in ourselves?

Whether it's working out, reading a book, or even taking a nap, these are all little ways we can invest in ourselves and fill our own tanks.

And I think the same can be said about homeownership.

The confidence that comes with reaching a goal. The happiness of having a space that's truly yours. The feeling of putting down roots and creating a life that feels right for you.

Because sometimes, what matters most are things you can't put a price on. 🤍

Wowowow thank you to all who voted to make this happen! I feel so lucky to work with such an amazing firm. 🫶🏻

We are SO excited to share that Olive Branch Realty was voted Best Real Estate Company in the 2026 Best of Sheboygan Awards! 🌿🏡

We know there are several different community voting platforms and awards throughout the area, but we are incredibly proud and grateful to have earned this recognition!

As a small, locally owned brokerage that opened its doors just over three years ago, this means SO much to us!

A HUGE thank you to our amazing clients, friends, family, and community who took the time to vote for us, support us, and trust us with one of life’s biggest decisions. We truly wouldn’t be here without you!

And of course, a big shoutout to our incredible agents who make Olive Branch Realty what it is today! We have such a wonderful group of people representing our brokerage, and this recognition belongs to all of us! 🥰

Real Estate Built on Relationships. It’s more than just our motto. It’s what we believe in, and this recognition means the world to all of us!

THANK YOU, SHEBOYGAN! 💚🌿

What if instead of just being a place to visit, Elkhart Lake could be your home?

I wake up everyday grateful that this is where my family’s roots are planted. This community is like no other place I’ve lived. 🤍

Buying a home is about more than the money you put into it. So shouldn't the return be about more than money, too? 🤍

We lose our childlike sense of believing we can do anything we set our mind too way too soon.

If owning a home (or even upgrading your home) is in your dreams, let me be your guide and we’ll get there together 🫶🏻

I know, I know. This is a hard pill to swallow. 😬

But I stand by what I said, if that $30k kitchen remodel made you happier in your home, more power to you! Just don’t expect to see that exact number reflected on your home’s value. 🫶🏻
