The Sewickley Police Department is excited to celebrate National Walk and Roll to School on Wednesday, October 28th, 2026! This event encourages kids to walk or ride their bikes to school to promote physical activity and community spirit.

Officers from the Sewickley Borough Police Department, the Quaker Valley School District, the Allegheny County Police Department, and members of the Allegheny County Traffic Safety Program will be joining the children in this event.

We want everyone who wants to participate to be able to; however, e-bikes and motorized scooters are NOT permitted! To participate, you must have a pedal bike or a push scooter. Helmets are required, with no exceptions.

And the fall market brings a very specific group of buyers:
