🏡🔨 IT’S STARTING TO LOOK LIKE A HOME! 🔨🏡

We’re making great progress on the frame of this Custom just outside of Luling, and this is one of our favorite milestones to watch unfold.

There’s something special about seeing the walls go up and being able to walk through the spaces for the first time. What was once a set of plans and a vision is now something you can actually stand inside and experience. 🤍

The framing gives you that first real glimpse of the finished design — the scale, the layout, the views, and all those little details that make the plans finally feel real.

And we’re just getting started!

👀 What part of a new build would you be most excited to see during framing? Drop it in the comments and follow along for the next phase!

🏡✨ POUR DAY! Another big step worth celebrating! ✨🏡

There’s nothing quite like seeing a dream home start to take shape, and today we’re laying the foundation for something BEAUTIFUL! 🔨

Once the concrete has had time to cure, lumber will be delivered and we will kick off the framing process. That’s when things really start getting exciting!

From an empty piece of land to a place where memories will be made for years to come, we’re just getting started! 🤍

Who else LOVES watching a foundation get poured?! 👀 Drop a 🔨 in the comments if you’re ready to see this beauty take shape and follow along for all the progress to come!
