🏡 MAINTENANCE MONDAY! 🏡🔧
It's time for a little maintenance wisdom from the folks who help keep our community running smoothly!
👋 Meet Adam! AKA Cowboy!
Adam has been a valued member of the UMH maintenance team for 5½ years! His hard work and dedication help keep our community looking great and running smoothly.
💡 Adam's Maintenance Tip of the Week:
🚽 Just because it says “flushable” doesn't mean you should flush it!
Those convenient wipes—even the ones labeled flushable—can clog pipes and drains, leading to messy backups and costly repairs!
✅ Adam's advice: Keep it simple! Only flush toilet paper and human waste. All wipes belong in the trash!
A little prevention today can save a BIG plumbing headache tomorrow! 😉
🔧 Stay tuned for more Maintenance Monday tips from Adam! We're here to help you keep your home happy, healthy, and running smoothly!
