Huge congratulations to our dear friend Celeste Garcia Ramberg on publishing her first novel!!
This book is the result of years of hard work and dedication - finding an agent, editors, research and rewrites- it's amazing to see it all come to fruition. I'm so proud of you and love the book-- can't wait for it to become a mini series!
The book is set in Seattle- you'll recognize lots of locations and references as well as her sense of humor and Celestisms 😜
You can order it on Amazon- kindle or paperback:

She would love a review after you read it 😁
Thanks Laura and Nanette for convincing her to have a launch party-- it was super fun to be at The Attic and see about 100 friends that I would love to see more often!

The Seattle real estate market is competitive- over the past few years the bar has been raised, and the homes that are well prepared sell at a premium, while those that have not made the extra effort and paid attention to the details may not sell at their list price. I'm happy to help my clients determine which updates are worth investing in for the greatest return.
I also think it makes sense to go ahead and make the updates well before you plan to move, so that you can enjoy them while you live there!

Learn the most effective renovations and improvements that attract buyers and maximize your property's selling price in Seattle's competitive market.

The perfect home! After 3+ years of searching for just the right home, in a walkable neighborhood, with a really special view... our search ended - the reward was a custom home set in one of the only places in Seattle with both a sweeping city and Mt. Rainer view, AND a wide open westerly view of the Olympics and Puget Sound!
I'm so happy to welcome them to Seattle, and know they will enjoy watching ferries- and maybe even orcas- and some truly spectacular sunsets from every room and patio!
