🏡Closed in Greenwood, and this one goes all the way back.
In 2005 my builder friend was finishing a very cool house, and I was going to sell it. My very first listing! Then he sold it to the neighbor without me. 😂 One catch: the neighbor had to use ME to sell their old house. He grilled me. Hard. I sold it fast. And that family became some of the best clients I have ever had, sending me referral after referral for over 20 years. Twenty-one years later, we just closed on their stunning custom Greenwood home. Listed at $1,975,000. Sold at $2,115,000. Multiple offers, first time ever on the market. Here’s the funny part. They never knew they were my first listing (in 2005!) Surprise! 🎉
