My goodness.....I have so much I want to say about this one, the closing process from accepted offer to today was pretty brutal if I'm being totally honest and almost didnt make it. Getting this one to the closing table today feels pretty miraculous and I want to thank my sellers for trusting me along the way. Congratulations!

The honor of being able to help a family sell their childhood home when their parents pass on never feels less important to me. I'm so grateful this family trusted me to help them through this emotional process and even more grateful it went smooth as silk 🙏 🙌 Thank you to my Sellers for trusting me to get to this day and help you hand off the keys.

❤️ Come walk the land, listen to the creek and see if it feels like home 🐄
Coffee on the farmhouse porch as the sun rises over the countryside. Cattle grazing in
the pasture. The sound of Baldwin Creek rolling through your own land. A summer
afternoon spent trout fishing or cooling off in the swimming hole. And at the end of a
long, hard day, that wonderful feeling of looking around and knowing it's all yours.
