JUST SOLD! This one was bittersweet. I was proud to make this house shine again before listing. I think the original owner would have been very happy with the outcome. I truly enjoyed hearing stories from his daughter about her amazing childhood and all of the memories she had with her family at the house. I hope the new buyer makes just as many.
