👉 With an FHA loan, the minimum down payment is generally 3.5% if you qualify.

💵 3.5% Down = $8,715

🔑 CLOSING COSTS
These are the fees and expenses associated with getting your loan and completing the purchase.

They may include:

✨ Appraisal
✨ Attorney/title fees
✨ Homeowners insurance
✨ Property tax escrows
✨ Prepaid interest
