Let's give a big shout out and congratulations to Clay Cramer, our VP of Development, on his 1 year anniversary with us here at Beacon!! We are very lucky to have an individual who is very knowledgeable in the field and keeps the development side of our business on track (which is not an easy feat!) Clay has a great attitude, always has a kind smile, and you know it's him coming down the hallway because he's stomping in his work boots 😂. Congratulation Clay, we look forward to seeing how you continue to grow and thrive with our company 🎉

Did you know that The National Cancer Institute invests only 4-5% of its cancer research funding each year to childhood cancer? Thanks to CURE Childhood Cancer, now we know. Thank you to the lovely ladies at CURE for inviting us to this informative and wonderful luncheon shining knowledge, hard truths, and beautiful stories of survival for such an outstanding cause. If you’re looking to donate time, money, or just want to learn more, please reach out. We promise you will not regret getting involved in such a worthy cause 🫶🏻

A very happy 6 year work anniversary to our Sam Barker!!! We couldn’t sell these homes without her, and work would be way less fun. If you’ve been one of our buyers, you know how lucky we are to have her. Thanks for everything you do !!!

Happy Anniversary to our own Shannon Killon, who is celebrating her 1 year with us as our purchasing agent! 🥳 🎉 🎊 Not only does she have a great sense of style, but she is truly a kind, sweet, and energetic person. She is dedicated to understanding the ins and outs of her job and will sometimes spend hours working out a problem to make sure she fully understands what she's doing. It's that type of dedication and hard work that make her so special and we are very lucky to have her as a part of our Beacon team. So let's give her some love on this very momentous moment and can't wait to see what the future has in store for her!
