🏡❤️ Celebrating Over 30 Years of Friendships, Knowledge, and Family Legacy!

For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of attending the Short Term International Rental Conference, and the wealth of knowledge, lifelong friendships, and relationships built along the way are truly priceless.

What makes this journey even more special is having my daughter, Melanie, by my side. She has been part of this journey for many, many of those years, and there is something incredibly rewarding about working together as mother and daughter to continue growing our family business and taking it to new heights. ❤️

We are so proud to have been the original vacation rental company in the greater Saugatuck-Douglas area. Being part of the growth of this incredible community and helping shape the vacation rental industry in our area has been an amazing journey. We are grateful for the homeowners who have trusted us, the guests who return year after year, and the relationships that have become so much more than business.

As we look toward the future, we are excited and dedicated to raising the bar even higher. We are thoughtfully planning a few key hires that will help us strengthen our team, elevate our service, and continue delivering the personal attention and exceptional experiences our clients deserve.

After all these years, we still believe in learning, evolving, building relationships, and never standing still. And getting to do it all alongside my daughter makes it that much more meaningful.
