The beautiful Space Coast, Florida area of Brevard County has been Steve’s home since he moved there in 1990, while also spending considerable time living in other parts of the state as well. The world of real estate has been a perfect fit for him with his wealth of experience. Steve spent 27 years in the Army, both in the Army Reserve and active duty. In the civilian world, he’s been a mechanical engineer and program manager. He earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute and he applies these principles on a daily basis to his real estate business. Additionally, since 2006 he has run his own consulting firm primarily in the Department of Defense space. As he grew through all these various experiences he found that he was a good "connector" in the area of linking people and businesses with each other; and feels he brings that same talent to real estate with joining sellers, buyers, title companies, inspectors, insurance agents, lenders, etc… to get the deal done. Steve connects sellers and buyers with the resources needed to close the deal quickly and efficiently. As a program manager and a military leader, he knows how to make things happen. His training as an engineer and contracting officer ensures that he pays attention to the things that matter. He truly feels that real estate is a lifetime endeavor and has found it immensely rewarding and gratifying to assist people and their families with their real estate needs and will work tirelessly to make your home ownership dreams and goals come true. Steven believes in giving back to his community and has been very active with numerous organizations, including; the Project Management Institute (PMI), National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), Women in Defense (WID), AFCEA, the American Legion, Florida Association of Veteran Owned Businesses (FAVOB), East Coast Sailing Association (ECSA), Banana River Sail and Power Squadron. He also delights in sharing what the beautiful Florida area lifestyle has to offer his clients with his local knowledge and expertise; which include a multitude of outdoor activities offering walking, hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, boating, surfing, diving, kite surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, marine, swamp and marsh wildlife in addition to high tech, space rocket launches, air shows, robotics competitions and cruise ship ports together with wonderful dining, boutique shopping along with unique events and activities for everyone. Pairing with Coldwell Banker Paradise was the other perfect piece of the puzzle for him. They are recognized as one of the most trusted and reputable real estate brands in the world. Expertise as masters of real estate marketing and online presence, having the reach of an international network and global connection and being a leader in the luxury market.
