Some transactions are more than just buying or selling a home. This one was especially dear to my heart. ❤️🏡

A childhood friend from my small hometown reached out to me to sell his home, and I was truly honored that he trusted me to represent him and his family.

This journey was anything but easy. We navigated multiple offers, challenging negotiations, and a rapidly changing market. Just when timing became critical, we found the right buyer and were able to get into contract.

Escrow was a roller coaster, to say the least! Between changing buyer circumstances, lender inquiries, unexpected hurdles, and negotiating fair terms, this transaction required patience, persistence, and a whole lot of determination. But we stayed the course and made it to the finish line!

The most meaningful part of this journey wasn’t the sale itself. It was the reconnection. Not only did I reconnect with a childhood friend, but I had the pleasure of meeting his beautiful family. What began as a real estate transaction grew into a wonderful friendship that I will always treasure.
