After walking the property together it became clear that what was being advertised and what was actually standing in front of us were two very different things. The listing and the property simply did not match.

Last month, the median home price rose to $875,000, while available listings increased to 937. Homes also spent a little less time on the market, averaging 56 days. Condo sales picked up, with the median price reaching $498,000.
