THAT WAS FAST! 🎉

I am SO excited for my seller clients and the lucky buyers who are getting this amazing beachfront rental machine at Emerald Isle on Okaloosa Island!

In this real estate market, it’s especially exciting to see a property go under contract so quickly! This one didn’t last long, and I’m grateful my sellers trusted me to help them get it sold.

This condo has so much to offer! I didn’t want to see them let it go. But life happens, and it was time for them to move onto a new chapter. Congratulations to both my sellers and the buyers! I’m looking forward to getting everyone to the closing table! 🥂

Even in a slower market, the right pricing, presentation, and marketing can make all the difference! Even though this one is taken, we have others! Let me know if you’re looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. We’d love to help you too!

What if your beach retreat could also be an income-producing property?

This fully furnished Okaloosa Island condo is currently operating as a vacation rental and has projected annual rental income of approximately $45,000–$55,000.

Inside, you’ll find an updated kitchen and bathrooms, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, a king bed, built-in bunks, and a sleeper sofa. It comfortably accommodates six guests.

Add private beach access and resort amenities, and you’ve got an opportunity worth exploring.

Rental income is projected, not guaranteed. Buyers should independently verify rental history, expenses, and applicable rental rules.

Message me for the details.

I’ve been a little quiet over here lately, not because things have slowed down, but quite the opposite. In a world where we’re all a little too accustomed to being chronically online, I’ve been busy working, serving my clients, and enjoying plenty of life in the real world.

But this is one announcement I couldn’t let pass without sharing!

I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing people I have the privilege of working with—clients who become friends and relationships I truly value. Being recognized alongside these wonderful agents as a top producer for August is such an honor.

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust me with one of the biggest decisions you’ll make. It means more than you know.

✨ Under contract in just 12 hours. Closed in less than 30 days. ✨

This one didn’t happen by accident.

A beautiful home is a great start—but beautiful homes don’t sell themselves. We strategically staged this home to showcase its full potential, created a marketing plan that generated immediate interest, and worked through some complicated hurdles behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward.

The best part? My sellers were able to close before the school year started, making their transition into their next chapter as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Real estate is about so much more than putting a sign in the yard. It’s about strategy, problem-solving, negotiation, and getting results.

Congratulations to my amazing repeat clients! Thank you for trusting me every step of the way (again!) with the sale and purchase of your new home! 🏡❤️

If your vacation spot looks like this… why not live here instead? ☀️🌊

📍 30A / Emerald Coast — known for sugar-white sand, emerald water, and that laid-back coastal lifestyle people come back for year after year. And the best part? You’re still close to everything—shopping, great restaurants, and everyday conveniences in places like Destin, 30A, and Freeport.

This is exactly why so many people are making the move to the Emerald Coast — beach living without sacrificing comfort or convenience.

I help buyers relocate to Florida and find the right home, neighborhood, and lifestyle—whether you’re local or moving from across the country.
