And after the storm comes the clean up!

Yes - we are open (the properties that did not sustain damage and have power) and yes we are operating! Most of our staff still do not have electricity at our own homes but we are powering (pun intended!) through. Our priority right now is focused on continuing to check properties and make sure that if they have power - they are available and ready to be booked (its a beautiful sunny 80+ degrees today ☀️😎).

As for our guests that had to cancel due to the Hurricane- we are proud to say we made the decision early on to allow cancelations and provide refunds to those guests. IF you are one those guests, we politely ask you to give us a couple of days to get those processed. We are working with limited wifi and a very big to-do list! We promise to make sure refunds are processed within the next couple of days. Thank you for understanding!

These are just a few pictures of what we are dealing with. The yellow building is Emerald Isle in Pensacola Beach ( Diving Dolphin) and the marina pictures are from Destin West in Fort Walton Beach ( Salty Sandpiper). As of now, we are unsure of when those two properties will be available for guests.😔

Storm prep is complete - and now… we hunker down! 🌀🌀 🌀☔️☔️☔️

It was all hands on deck the last two days as we helped guests with cancelations, answered owners questions and of course- secured all of our properties! A huge thank you to our team (mostly not pictured- they are shy 😉) who helped us to mobilize quickly and efficiently! As we wait for the storm to come and (hopefully) pass quickly - our prayers are with everyone in its path! Stay safe everyone- we will be out evaluating our properties as soon as it is safe! If you have an upcoming reservation we will reach out with updates!
