🇺🇸 America turns 250 this year.
Different decades, different architecture, different families, same idea: home is where the story actually happens.
BHHS California Properties has been finding people home since 1985, long before the Berkshire Hathaway name ever went on a sign. Forty years in, and here are a few from our BHHS network that carry real architectural and historical weight.
📍 Crystal Cove, Newport Beach
A $50M architectural masterpiece designed by Eric Trabert, approximately 11,290 square feet with bespoke interiors by Studio Jackson Design, perched above the Pacific with Catalina in view. Exclusively represented by the Khosh Team, Mehdi and Aaron Khosh.
📍 Brentwood Park, Los Angeles
A nearly 9,710 square foot Modern Traditional estate by architect Thomas Proctor, with interiors completely reimagined by Kelly Wearstler. Listed by David Offer.
📍 517 Poppy Avenue, Newport Beach
Six weeks, one comprehensive reimagining, closed at $3.1M. Nichole Story delivered her seller approximately 18 times his investment in the refresh.
📍 Right here in Santa Monica
Estates from 1950s craftsmanship to today’s new construction. Ian Brooks, our Architectural and Estates Director, has spent decades quietly representing some of LA’s most significant estate sales. Most too private to ever name.
Forty years of doing what this country has been doing for 250: building something worth passing down. 🎆
Happy 4th, from our home to yours.
