The last couple of months have been FULL. Two kids at two different schools, Oli starting a brand new school and all the adjustment that comes with that, becoming the Room Parent, our first experience with independent study for TK (which was WAY more work than I anticipated 🤪), amazing clients keeping me busy, work that I always want to show up fully for, and somehow squeezing in two family trips along the way.

Traveling with little kids is a whole adventure in itself. The planning, the packing, the unpacking, the snacks, the logistics… moms know. 😂 And somewhere in all of it, I’ve definitely put myself on the back burner a little. Mama needs to figure out how to get some alone time for herself. Tis a season, I know. 🤍

But Yosemite was one of those trips that made all the effort worth it. So beautiful, so special with the boys, and such a good reminder to get out of the routine every once in a while and just be together.

As September comes to an end, I’m honestly really happy to feel like things are finally starting to settle into a rhythm. And now we’re heading into my FAVORITE quarter of the year. 🍂🎃🦃🎄

Bring on the holidays, the gratitude, the traditions, the gifts, and all the cozy things. 🤎

One of Playa del Rey's newest spots has quickly become a neighborhood favorite.

Created by longtime local restaurant owners Tony Cotrufo (Caffe Pinguini) and Nando de Stefano (The Good Pizza), this market and deli brings a little taste of Italy right to Playa.

One of my favorite things about this place is that they make their focaccia bread fresh in-house, and you can absolutely taste the difference.

I've tried a few things on the menu, but my personal favorite is The Jungle. It's fresh, flavorful, and one of those sandwiches you immediately start thinking about the next day. Honestly, it's hard to go wrong here.

If you're looking for a great lunch spot, a bottle of w**e for dinner, or just want to check out one of Playa's newest local businesses, this one is worth a visit.
