For 30 years, Bilmar Homes has been building more than houses here on the Gulf Coast. We've been building neighborhoods, friendships, and a lot of first-night-in-the-new-house memories.
We're a family business, and we treat every homeowner like one of our own. That's why we don't use builder-grade materials as our standard, why every home is WPI-8 windstorm certified, and why our warranty is backed by us, not a third party. When we hand you the keys, our name is still on that house.
