Last week, we looked across the Southland. Today, we’re looking in our own backyard: Canyon Country.

🏡 Which neighborhood do you think sells for the most per square foot? Take a guess, then swipe for the answer. 👀

The local numbers tell an interesting story: sales west of Sierra Highway had a median price per square foot $58 higher than sales to the east.

But home size, condition, lot size, and location all matter. A lower price per square foot doesn’t automatically mean a lower purchase price, and a neighborhood median isn’t a price tag for every home.
