JUST SOLD | 4507 Carriage Hill, Santa Barbara 🏡

Some homes have a story to tell. This one was truly a labor of love!

Representing an out-of-area institutional trustee, I had the privilege of preparing and selling a home filled with a lifetime of memories, treasures, and personality.

The former owner was an artist, and her creative spirit was everywhere—brilliantly colored rooms, eclectic décor, more than 500 scarves, closets of clothing, and an entire bedroom dedicated to arts and crafts!
Over several weeks, I rolled up my sleeves, coordinated help, sorted and donated belongings, and oversaw the improvements needed to prepare the home for market. It was quite a transformation!

This is the side of real estate you don't always see.

Trust and estate sales often require much more than simply listing a property. They take patience, creative problem-solving, careful coordination, and plenty of hands-on work.
