The Novas - Evergreen Realty Real Estate Team at Evergreen Realty, located in the Schweitzer Mountain Village. Courtney and Chelsea grew up in the mountains with skiing as a way of life.

The Novas at Evergreen Realty are two sisters, Courtney and Chelsea, who work together to bring you enhanced representation, experience, and knowledge. They are both critical thinkers who can adapt to the constant change that comes with real estate. The duo put their heads together to navigate every turn of a transaction, search for the right listings, and keep up to date within the local market. They have sold a wide range of properties, from off-grid remote vacant land to condos at Schweitzer to large residential waterfront homes. They traveled throughout the western United States and Canada while ski racing and have both landed back in Sandpoint, Idaho to raise their families. They are dedicated to their families and community and can often be found at local events and supporting their clients' businesses in town. Courtney brings over 10 years of real estate experience. She excels at juggling the various roles within the job and her life as a mom of twin boys. Clients have praised Courtney for her calm demeanor when working through challenging situations and negotiations. She and her family enjoy exploring the Selkirk and Cabinet Mountains year-round on foot, bike, or skis as well as the area's many lakes in the summer. She and her husband also own and operate Lake Pend Oreille Cruises. Chelsea is the networker. She turns up new leads, whether it's an opportunity to find a Buyer the right property, connect clients with the right contractor, or help someone within our community. Her clients have praised her for thorough communication which is vital at every step along the way. You'll find Chelsea, her husband, and her son exploring the mountains, enjoying the beautiful lake, and savoring the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Sandpoint. Chelsea has served on the Selkirk MLS Board and completed the Sandpoint Chamber Leadership Program.

THE LOWER PACK IS A LOCAL FAVORITE FOR A REASON. 🌿🚣‍♀️

The Lower Pack River winds through the Selle Valley before flowing into Lake Pend Oreille, creating a beautiful stretch of water known for lazy summer floats, sandy bends, and wildlife sightings. Keep your eyes open for eagles, herons, and even moose along the way! There is even a great trail for Fall time walks and bike rides.

And if you know, you know… a stop at Pack River Store is part of the experience. Whether you're grabbing lunch, meeting friends after a float, or just taking the scenic route, it's one of those North Idaho spots that feels like a tradition. 🥪

A little river time, a good lunch, and nowhere to rush off to. That's a pretty good day around here.

Yesterday was our annual Selkirk Association of REALTORS® Schweitzer MLS Tour, and it was our best turnout yet!

We had over 40 agents and industry professionals join us to explore the mountain, tour available properties of all sizes and price points, and learn a little more about what's happening at Schweitzer.

And somehow, we managed to tour all 27 properties by 12:30! 👏

One of our favorite things about this event is seeing everyone come together. Different brokerages, different backgrounds, all working together to learn, share knowledge, and better serve our clients. Pretty cool to be part of a real estate community like this one!

A special thank you to Alison Murphy with NW Realty and Stephanie Rief with SAR for all the work that went into organizing and leading the tour.

And thank you to Carrie Bertrand with Kootenai/Bonner Title for the snacks, Tucker Fahling with Schweitzer Mountain Properties for the SMP update, and Sean Mirus with Schweitzer Mountain for sharing what's new around the mountain.

To everyone who showed up, thank you! We know how busy schedules can get, and it was so fun to see such a great turnout.

We love this mountain, we love this community, and we can't wait for another winter at Schweitzer! ❄️🎿

MORE THAN A PROPERTY. A WORLD OF POSSIBILITIES. 🌲

An outdoor amphitheater built for gathering. A tucked-away yurt. A bunkhouse for overnight guests. A garden with room to grow, and an outdoor dining area made for long evenings around the table.

And that’s before you even step inside the former event center. With a kitchen, office, two lofted sleeping areas, and a generous gathering space framed by windows overlooking the property, this building offers incredible flexibility—with the potential to be reimagined as a private residence, creative retreat, gathering space, or something entirely your own.

Set across 22 acres of North Idaho landscape, these additional structures make The Eureka Center truly distinctive. Imagine a place where family and friends can spread out, guests can stay awhile, and every building serves a different purpose.

A multigenerational retreat. A private escape. A property with room to bring big ideas to life.

The possibilities extend well beyond the front door.

DID YOU KNOW? 🍂📍

Before it was Sandpoint, our little mountain town was known as Pend Oreille!

In the early 1880s, a small settlement grew along Sand Creek as the Northern Pacific Railroad began building through the area. As the railroad arrived and the community grew, the name eventually changed to Sandpoint.

More than a century later, we’re still a town shaped by the things that make it special: our history, our people, and the incredible place we get to call home.

What’s your favorite piece of Sandpoint history?
