San Francisco’s condo market is creating some interesting opportunities for buyers right now.

From pied-à-terres and second homes to investment properties and potential property tax advantages, there are plenty of reasons to take a closer look at condo ownership in the city.

With an incredible variety of properties, locations, and price points, the key is finding the right opportunity for your lifestyle and long-term goals.

San Francisco real estate isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is the strategy behind a smart purchase.

The national housing market and San Francisco are telling two very different stories.

Across the country, nearly 43% of homes are seeing price reductions. In San Francisco? Just 7%. Our inventory is down 20% year over year, luxury homes are moving in a fraction of the time we're seeing in LA, and 73% of SF purchases over $4M are all cash.

So what's really happening? Is the housing market struggling, or are we finally seeing a correction in the post-COVID markets that I never believed were sustainable in the first place?

I've been saying for years that San Francisco operates differently, and these numbers tell the story. Here's my take on what's really driving today's housing market. Full video on YouTube -

Real estate agents have a marketing problem.

We show the beautiful homes, the big sales, the highlight reels. But rarely do we show the actual work that goes into making those things happen. The negotiations, the problem-solving, the behind-the-scenes work that clients never see. And then we wonder why people underestimate what we do! Maybe it's time we started showing more of the work, not just the results.

WE BOUGHT A PARK! 🌳

Okay, technically you’re buying the house. But with Alamo Square at your doorstep, you get the idea.

Nearly 4,800 SF, a Sky Lounge overlooking the park with views from the Golden Gate Bridge to downtown, a private garden with a cedar hot tub, and parking for SIX cars. Yes, six.

Grand Mediterranean. Bohemian soul. Completely one of one.

Bring your tribe. Your art. Your next big idea. The park is already here.
