Stransky Properties Stransky Properties is a Real Estate focused- Farm and Ranch, Commercial, Residential, and Land Sales Firm.

I started my real estate career in Houston Texas in 2001 for a real estate investment firm. I left there in 2004 and moved to San Antonio to do land and lot acquisition for a home company, but the market turned on them and so I decided to start my own company in 2005. My primary focus has been on Commercial Real Estate and Ranch Real Estate throughout Texas. My philosophy is to treat every property I am working on as if it was my own and to advise every client with the same thoughts that I would use to buy or sell property for myself even if that means we don’t get a deal done.
