Today, James and I happened to find ourselves working at separate tables at Ray & Josephine on San Antonio's East Side.
We talked about the East Side. About Dreams, Ideas, Projects, Possibilities -and the work still ahead of us.
Then we made a Promise:
Two years from now, we'll come back here, sit together, look back at this picture and laugh.
Because the things we are dreaming about today will no longer just be dreams or ideas. We'll be able to look and say:
"WE DID IT"
So James, this picture is our marker in time.

The dream that started 10 years ago now is a Reality.
Today 15 Murals, 6 Sculptures are part of the Public Art we have shared to our East Side Community.
The Experiences we are living together while enjoying walking our streets are countless.

ZenHaus Team: Life has taught me that where there is vision, love, and passion for one's work, great success follows. ZenHaus once again demonstrated this at its recent night market.
For the past few years, on the Third Friday of every month ZenHaus has shown how a community can unite around music, dance, art, and camaraderie. By supporting local businesses, you are transforming the East Side.

We are getting Ready for the Next Level!!!

In 2017, we began our journey in the East Side /Denver Heights area of San Antonio TX. We set out with a Dream to transform this great Community and support its return to its former glory.

At the start of the Journey, we made a pledge: "The East Side will become the Heart of the City, where Art, History, Culture, and Diversity are the essence of our Community, and where people are proud to live and wor." Through hard work, that Dream is becoming a Reality.

We have remained committed to being pioneers for the East Side by:

- Believing in the Community: We work daily to support our neighbors, including serving on the Board of SAGE
- Bringing Public Art: We have introduced 13 Murals and 7 Sculptures, with more to come
- Developing New Middle Housing where no one was building: We have completed 4q units to date
- Creating Mixed-Use Spaces: We currently have two active projects
- Introducing a Culinary-Entertainment Hub: COMING SOON!!!

The Journey has not always been easy. While some fear change or oppose our progress, what truly matters is that the majority of the Community has embraced this Vision. We are motivated every day by the Smiles and Words of Encouragement we receive from our neighbors while walking on the streets of our beloved East Side

Amazing experience at the inauguration Open House for CASA PINK!

At ARTZ Development, we are dedicated to support all expressions of art. We were thrilled to attend the event a d had the wonderful opportunity to meet owners and artists, Cruz and Olivia. They have created more than just a mystical place to enjoy coffee, their space offers an invitation to be part of their artistic world. We truly enjoyed walking through their amazing studios.

CASA PINK, which is part of the River Artes District, is a must-see location if you appreciate art.
