The Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) brought together industry professionals, builders, and community leaders for its 4th Annual Community Project, revitalizing the recreation area at Ascension DePaul Services. The improvements created a more welcoming space for children, families, and the surrounding community.

EMBREY served as a sponsor of this community initiative and gives a special shout-out to our Senior AP Specialists, Dora Cardenas and Stephanie Salazar, for volunteering their time alongside fellow industry professionals.

Located in Denver’s Golden Triangle District near the Speer area, The Finch offers residents access to the city’s cultural, civic, and entertainment destinations, along with a range of thoughtfully designed amenities.

Community features include a rooftop Sky Lounge with downtown views, resort-style pool and spa, multi-level fitness center, yoga lounge, co-working spaces, and private micro-offices. Residents also have access to a paw park and spa, game room, resident club room, and additional social spaces.

For another year, came together as a sponsor of SNIPSA’s 19th Annual Race for the Rescues 5K in San Antonio. Our team raised approximately $7,750 to support spay/neuter outreach and provide essential veterinary care for animals in need.

For more than five decades, EMBREY has remained committed to giving back to the communities in which we build, guided by our core value to Do the Right Thing. This cause is especially meaningful, as our very own Chief Barking Officer, Buddy, was rescued and adopted through SNIPSA.

EMBREY has closed on the acquisition of land for Hollis at Legacy Pointe, a 360-unit Class A garden community in Spring Hill, Tenn., marking EMBREY’s second project in the Spring Hill market and 11th in the Nashville metropolitan area.

Located within SouthStar’s walkable, mixed-use Legacy Pointe development, the community will offer a curated amenity collection, including a private clubhouse with a business center and fitness studio, a resort-style pool with a courtyard and grilling area, a pickleball court, and a dog park.

Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with first move-ins anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.

The project builds on EMBREY’s nearly four decades of experience in Tennessee, where we have developed 13 communities totaling more than 3,700 apartment homes.
