WOW…..as you can see this market is still crazy. Prices are still going up and inventory is hugeeeeee! My advice is go in on your offers at about 90-95% of asking price and ask for a good bit of closing costs to help buy down points to get that rate down. Houses are not selling! If you get someone making an offer on your home it’s best to try and work it out. Your home is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Call me Rodney Fleming at 325-656-7777 and let me do the heavy negotiating for you. I do this everyday.

Here’s an update for my realtor Friends. Brian Buffini predicts that 60% of all agents will be working for independent/boutique brokerages in two years. He also predicts there will be 400,000 fewer agents. He says the days of 70/30, 80/20 splits are coming to an end. If you are an experienced agent that wants a 90/10 split now we are your Brokerage here in San Angelo! There are no other fees from us. No franchise fee or no use the whatever fee……! Call Rodney at 325-656-7777 or you can talk to Leslee at 325-656-2436.

House on almost 2 acres for only $139,900…….WOW! Did I mention it’s a Lake Property.....it just doesn’t have a lake at the moment. This home is located on Oak Creek Reservoir in Blackwell. About 1 hour from San Angelo. The lake is currently low but it will someday return and the value of this property will probably double or triple! It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sits on almost 2 acres (2 lots). There is a HUGE back covered patio area and a really nice boat dock. There is also a cement boat ramp. This home is a great value at only $139,000 without having water out front. Look around.....how many homes can you buy in that price range these days. Call Rodney at 325-227-4663 angelo home team
