Join the Mid-Willamette Outreach Group and the City of Salem Clean Streams for The Great Raindrop Scavenger Hunt in March! You can go at your own speed while exploring Bush’s Pasture Park. You’ll learn about the park, local animals, Clean Streams projects, and how to help the environment. This is all to celebrate World Water Day! You can also find a raindrop at Keizer Rapids Park!
At Bush’s Pasture Park, look for the raindrop with a QR code at the end of the Mission St. parking lot near the creek. Scan the code with your phone and follow the clues to find a prize at the end! For more information about the raindrop in Keizer, check the City of Keizer’s page.
The Clean Streams program is funded through utility fees and helps the City meet outreach and education requirements under its stormwater permit. The City’s Clean Streams Initiative is proud to partner with the Mid-Willamette Outreach Group to help protect local waterways.
