JUST SOLD! 🏡

This one is a great reminder of why having the right agent in your corner matters, especially when you're using a VA loan.

My buyers were qualified, motivated, and ready to purchase, but we knew we could face an uphill battle. Unfortunately, some listing agents and sellers still hesitate when they see a VA offer, despite the many benefits VA financing can provide to qualified buyers.

Instead of letting that perception limit our options, we took a different approach.

Selling a home isn’t about luck, it’s about having a plan.
Before this home ever hit the market, my sellers and I sat down and created a strategy to maximize value and attract strong buyers. Together, we focused on the updates that would make the biggest impact:
