"My husband and I were visiting Tampa recently and ended up looking at real estate. We managed to get connected to Jerilyn Rush while asking about a 'pending' property. She immediately responded to us, showed us a couple other properties, then promised to keep us informed of any upcoming listings as we were headed back to Colorado that evening.
