Introducing JMI Group.
For nearly a century, the Jennings family has been building in Southern Utah. Beginning in 1930s as J&J Mill & Lumber. That name changed to J&J Building Supply as the work expanded. In the 1990s it changed to Jennings Management Inc which made way for JMI Constructors and JMI Property Services.
Today we're bringing them together under one name. JMI Group is the new umbrella name over the Jennings family businesses. It is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, construction, and management firm. It oversees JMI Property Services, JMI Constructors, Ledges Realty, and Sagestone Homes, our new brand dedicated to building beautiful, high quality homes.
For partners, that means our team can carry a project from raw land all the way through entitlement, development, construction, and long-term management.
Tenants and clients will notice very little change. You'll keep working with the team you know at 335 E. St. George Blvd., Suite 301, and the phone number is still (435) 688-9740. Staff email addresses now end in .group, and our new website is jmi.group.
The values that have guided four generations of our family stay the same: Stewardship and Legacy.
