The prints came first.

Bauhaus had it right in 1919 — a small space works when everything in it has been considered. 750 square feet, nothing here by accident.

The building does a lot of the work here.

Glass and steel on the corner where the light rail bends. Cathedral views, in the heart of downtown. You walk out the door and you’re already somewhere.

True craftsmanship lives in the transitions—where dark steel panels meet soft, textured landscaping, and sharp architectural lines give way to natural light.

It’s these deliberate exterior details that create a sense of arrival before you even step inside.
