❤️ **A LITTLE REAL ESTATE REAL TALK FROM THE HEART**

Today, I’m sharing something that isn’t easy for me to say.

This listing will be coming off the market, and I would be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed. When I take on a listing, I don’t just see a property. I see someone’s home, their hopes, their plans, and the trust they’ve placed in me to help them through an important chapter of their life.

I genuinely cared about helping this seller. I wanted to do everything I could to make the process as smooth as possible, and I hoped to see this home find its next owner. Sometimes, even when we put our heart into something, things don’t work out the way we envisioned.

That part of real estate can be hard. We care about our clients, we invest our time, and we want the very best for them. When a listing doesn’t make it to the closing table, it can feel like a little piece of your heart goes with it.

But I’m learning that not every opportunity is meant to have the ending we hoped for. Some experiences teach us patience. Some teach us strength. And some remind us why we love what we do in the first place.

Just a couple of things that are on my mind:

1. Your home is an investment and can be an asset whether it's your home or a home you're renting. TAKE CARE OF IT! It could be your home in the future and Karma is something you may be put in a position and have to rent your home out and someone can mess up your investment in the future Keep it Respectable.

2. HOA's Stop! You're doing too much with the fees and some of y'all don't even have strong reserves.

3. Mello Roo's (special property tax in California levied within Community Facilities Districts to fund public infrastructure and services) Your need to cut it!
