🏡 UNDER CONTRACT | Florence, TX

Our clients were looking for privacy, acreage, and tranquility while still staying within the greater Austin area.

After scouring the market, we found their dream home tucked away in the beautiful hills of Florence — 10 acres, mature trees, a 40’ × 60’ workshop, and plenty of room to enjoy the peaceful Texas countryside. 🌳

We’re excited to help them take the next step toward calling this incredible property home!

A big thank you to listing agent Hal Patterson A transaction is always better when you get the opportunity to work with a great agent on the other side who is communicative, professional, and focused on helping everyone get to the closing table. We’re looking forward to working together on this one!
