When clients tour homes with me, I don't just show them property lines. I show them the actual rhythm of the neighborhoods. If you want an afternoon loop that completely captures our famous ridge views and iconic foothill sunsets, save this post and follow this route:

1️⃣ The Ascent: Start by turning up Wilson Boulevard from El Dorado Hills Boulevard. Watch how quickly the scenery transitions into the stunning, elevated custom enclaves of Ridgeview Village. 🌳
2️⃣ The Ridgeline: Make a right onto Ridgeview Drive. This established stretch hugs the natural topography of the hills, surrounded by mature blue oaks and custom architecture.
3️⃣ The Breathtaking Payoff: Hang a left onto Beatty Drive. This is the absolute crown jewel of the loop. Pull over safely because the elevated, panoramic views of Folsom Lake from up here will completely take your breath away.
