Q3 MARKET UPDATE 📊

The market shifted a bit compared to this time last year. Q3 closed with fewer homes sold, lower overall sales volume, and average sales prices about 6% below 2025.

The biggest slowdown came in September, but July and August remained relatively steady.

The takeaway? The market is still moving, but pricing and positioning matter.
