After a lot of prayer, conversation, and real-life planning, we’ve decided to pause and wind down It is Cleaned. We may look to pick up a couple evening commercial accounts if anyone is interested in that conversation.
This wasn’t an easy decision, because we believe in the service, the standard, and the heart behind it. Nikki built this with care, excellence, and the kind of detail that only comes from someone who truly sees what a home or property needs before the next chapter begins.
But in this season, our family has some bigger long-term goals in front of us, and we believe the wisest move right now is for Nikki to step into a stable W2 career path while we continue building toward the future. After three years of living here, we have decided we want NWA to be our forever home and want to purchase a home in the next 2 years.
So instead of trying to force a business model that needs more time, more overhead, and more energy than this season allows, we’re choosing the grown-up move: simplify, refocus, and build from solid ground.
Nikki is currently pursuing her Arkansas Property & Casualty insurance licensing at Kaplan Online, with a strong interest in commercial insurance — commercial lines support, account management, customer service, claims, underwriting support, certificates, renewals, and agency operations.
If you know of an insurance agency, brokerage, or company in Northwest Arkansas looking for someone dependable, detail-driven, people-focused, and ready to learn the industry the right way, we would be grateful for an introduction.
