This job is hard. Long hours, rejected offers, deals that fall apart for stupid reasons, clients who ghost, market shifts you can't control. 😤

But then something happens that reminds me exactly why I do this.

I had a transaction that should not have closed. Seriously. Multiple obstacles.

Lender issues. Inspection problems. The buyer's second thoughts. The seller getting cold feet. Every single week brought a new problem to solve.

I fought hard. Made calls. Found solutions. Stayed late. Pushed back when I had to. Never let it die even when it looked hopeless.

Closing day came. Papers signed. Keys handed over. Everyone moved on to their next thing.

Then, six weeks later, I got a text. 📱

Not asking for a recommendation. Not asking for a referral. Just a photo of them standing in their new home with their family. Actual joy on their faces.
