I am thrilled for my client who was the most patient seller I have ever encountered!!! We are pending after 16 months on the market. This is the cutest, most open feeling mobile home and we have been shocked how long, but we finally have the right person who is excited to call this home. Patience is a virtue my seller and I have had to practice!!

Change is coming!!! I was evaluating this account - bio and content and such and realized this is not how I want to be reflected. I had automatic posts/reels because everyone said that was the way to go BUT that is not the authentic ME. When I was reviewing my bio I had listed this would be real estate + all things home related. But yet I rarely had things that spoke my heart. So that changes TODAY. I stopped the generic automatic posts/reels. I plan to continue to discuss real estate but also all things that speak to me about home and family. It has been on my heart for years and has not left which means it must be a sign. My dear hubby has listened to me consistently say taking care of our home, our family and him is what makes my heart and self happy. Helping others, serving on our charity we are a part of and helping our daughter share her truth to help others, as well as, our other daughter create her new home/family is what drives me. So you will still see real estate BUT only things I choose to post or share. I look forward to sharing a more interactive community.
