Sometimes we’re so focused on where we’re going that we forget how far we’ve already come. 🤍

Think about who you were three years ago. The things you prayed for, the battles you were fighting, the uncertainty you faced, and the version of yourself you were still becoming.

Maybe life doesn’t look exactly how you imagined it would. Maybe some prayers were answered differently, some doors closed, and some seasons stretched you more than you ever expected.

But look at you. You’re still growing, still learning, still showing up.

The version of you three years ago would be so proud of the person you’re becoming today.

God has been faithful through every season, even the ones that didn’t make sense at the time.

Don’t get so caught up chasing what’s next that you forget to thank God for how far He’s already brought you. ✨

Take a moment today to be proud of your progress. You’ve come a long way. 🤍

The older I get, the more I realize that wisdom is one of the greatest gifts we can ask God for. 🤍

Life has a way of teaching us lessons that no book ever could.

People will often show you who they are through their actions. Patterns speak louder than promises. Not everything deserves a reaction, and not everyone deserves access to your life.

Learning to discern the difference is growth.

And one thing I’ve learned is that wisdom isn’t just about what you know… it’s about what you choose to do with what you’ve learned.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God.” — James 1:5

Some lessons change the way you see life forever. 🤍

Which life lesson has stuck with you the most?

This year has been such a pivotal year for me. 🤍

One of the biggest things God has been teaching me is that time is one of the most valuable things we’ve been entrusted with.

You can make more money. You can rebuild things you’ve lost. You can create new opportunities.

But time? You don’t get that back.

And the thing about time is that it keeps moving, whether you’re intentional with it or not.

I’ve been learning that being a good steward isn’t just about how we manage our finances, our gifts, or our opportunities. It’s also about how we steward our TIME, our energy, our relationships, and even our emotional capacity.

Who gets access to you matters.
What you give your attention to matters.
What you allow to consume your peace matters.

God tells us in Proverbs 4:23 to guard our hearts, and I believe part of that is learning to be intentional about what we allow into our lives and what we continue to pour ourselves into.

Call the people who call you.
Make time for those you love.
Be present where your feet are.
Stop feeling guilty for setting boundaries.
And learn that not everything deserves your time or your energy.

Being intentional with your time isn’t selfish. It’s stewardship.

Because at the end of the day, I don’t want to look back and realize I was so busy giving my time to everything that I missed the people and moments that mattered most.

This season, I’m choosing to be more present, more intentional, and more protective of what God has entrusted to me. 🤍

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” — Psalm 90:12

A little reminder to spend your time on what truly matters. 🫶🏼

One of the biggest decisions you will ever make in this life is WHO you choose to marry. 🤍

Because marriage is so much more than finding your best friend or your “ride or die.”

It’s choosing the person who will walk through the highest highs and the lowest lows with you. The person who will see parts of you that no one else ever will. The good, the hard, the messy, and everything in between.

Choose someone who loves you, respects you, protects you, prays for you, stands beside you, and truly SEES you.

Someone who is FOR you, even in the seasons when life isn’t easy.

Marriage isn’t about finding a perfect person. It’s about choosing someone who is committed to loving you through every season and keeping God at the center of it all.

Who you marry will impact so much of the life you build. Choose wisely. Choose prayerfully. And never settle for less than a love that honors God. 🤍

Forever grateful I get to do this life with mine. 🥹❤️

There will be seasons of your life when God asks you to trust Him without showing you how it will all work out. 🤍

You may not see the ending. You may not understand the timing. And fear may try to convince you that you can’t do it.

But remember, God is already in your tomorrow.

He knows what you don’t. He sees what you can’t. And He is faithful to lead you through every season.

Don’t let fear keep you from stepping into what God has called you to do.

Trust His timing. Trust His process. Trust HIM. 🙏🏼

“Do not fear, for I am with you.” — Isaiah 41:10

One day, you realize you don’t have to keep doing things the way you’ve always done them. 👏🏼

You can change your habits. Set new boundaries. Walk away from what no longer aligns. Build something new. Choose a different direction.

And the best part? You don’t need anyone’s permission.

Sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn’t a new opportunity. It’s finally deciding that the life God has called you to requires you to stop holding on to what’s keeping you stuck.

You are allowed to grow. You are allowed to pivot. You are allowed to start again.

One decision can change everything. 🤍

Save this as your reminder that you’re not stuck. You have choices, and it’s never too late to make a different one.

If I ever forget to say it… thank you for this chapter. 🤍

Motherhood has taught me that some of the most exhausting seasons can also become the ones we miss the most.

The practices. The games. The rushing out the door. The dirty uniforms. The snacks packed in the car. The folding chairs. The constant “Mom, watch this!” ⚾️

Sometimes we’re so busy getting everyone where they need to be that we forget to look around and realize…

this is it. These are the days.

One day the cleats will sit by the door for the last time.

One day they won’t need us sitting in the stands cheering quite as loudly.

One day our schedules won’t revolve around practices, games, school events, and all the little things that feel so consuming right now.

And I have a feeling we’ll miss it.

So I’m learning to slow down—even in the busy seasons.

To watch a little longer.
Take the picture.
Put the phone away.
Cheer loudly.
Let the laundry wait.
And be fully present for the life happening right in front of me.

Because motherhood isn’t something I want to rush through just because it’s busy.

I’d do it all over again. Every chaotic, beautiful, exhausting piece of it. 🤍

Thank You, Lord, for trusting me with these boys and for this chapter of our lives.

May I never become so busy managing their childhood that I forget to enjoy it. 🥹⚾️🤍
