October has been a favorite for a while but this year, this October in has been incredible. ☀️🙌🏼

Bright blue skies and the leaves have been incredibly vibrant!! I’d like to stay in October for a bit.

I’ve been able to identify so many places I felt joy and full. My hope is to continue to identify spots I feel joy in the midst of our dark season coming up. 💯

Quartz countertops are nice. But have you met a south-facing window?

Most rooms can be renovated. Flooring can change and all the pretty light fixtures can be added. But sunlight is a commodity, especially in Michigan.😂

Window placement, orientation, mature trees, and the way sunlight moves through a home matters.

When you’re touring a home, don’t just look at how bright it is, consider when it is bright and if that works for your life!

.ladies.book.club hit it out of the park last night with a delightful gathering! 🙌🏼

A little analog exchange, we met at and each participant brought five activities or crafts. We decorated totes with pins or iron on patches and shopped the exchange. Time well spent! 🫶🏼❤️🪩
